I cannot begin to recommend Karla Sanchez enough. As someone who has struggled with OCD all my life, Karla was the first therapist I've seen who helped me beyond the surface and took her time to fully understand and address the root causes of my OCD along with long-term solutions that work for ME and have set me up for long-term success.

After 2+ incredible years of seeing Karla, I am LIGHT YEARS from where I was when I first started. I attribute a large part of my mental strength, mental health and stability to the careful, considered and extremely professional sessions I've had with Karla.

Without Karla's help, I don't know if I would have been able to get my OCD symptoms under control to the point where I hardly notice them. By seeing Karla, I have learned how to live a completely normal life with OCD, and through our sessions, I've come to realize a part of me is PROUD to be living with my OCD.

I've found so much enjoyment, satisfaction and relief through working with Karla, and cannot recommend her enough. I'm so thankful for all the help she has given me. Thank you for EVERYTHING over the past few years.
