Totally inflexible and lacking any sense of empathy. First off it's impossible to find a parking place and after having to park down the street I was rudely told that our appointment was no longer available as the Nurse we were scheduled with scurried away from reception. I explained that we had a lot of trouble parking and then finding the door since the building directory was out of service and there are no indicators as to what the room numbers are. The Nurse finally came back out after I demanded to see her and after hearing my explanation scurried away again to say we should try to reschedule next week. After receiving such a reception I did further digging and see other negative reviews that I wish I would have found before even bothering to schedule here. Waste of time and maybe a blessing we didn't actually go.

Thoroughly incompetent. Absolutely shocking this facility would be in charge of actual people’s well being. The front desk is staffed by an imbecile, and it gets worse from there moving through the rest of their staff. You think a place responsible for mental health care would be able to sort out the very basics of care when people need it.

I feel great that I found a psychiatrist I can work with longterm honestly. I can tell that Kristi Lobesco actually listens to me to get a full picture of my life and also offered other supports that were not medication related, she’s amazing and the staff are very polite and kind as well!
