Sharon is an incredible mental health resource for kids and adolescents. She has been working with our 12 year old daughter to overcome anxiety. They have been doing weekly scripture based mentoring sessions, and it has literally been life changing for her and us. Sharon focuses on healing (rather than just learning to cope) by using a cognitive behavior model with Biblical foundations. She has helped our daughter work towards a more positive mindset, changing her heart, and not letting her emotions and fears drive her behavior. Sharon has also helped my husband and I better understand how we can help our daughter and why she feels or thinks certain ways. We know have a better idea of what to say and do to encourage her heart change. I cannot thank Sharon enough for helping us get our happy girl back!
