I've been working out with Joynier for years now and could not recommend a better trainer. I truly hate to exercise and he makes it fun for me, as well as being just a true joy to be around. When we started I couldn't lift a thing or touch my toes and working with Joynier has changed my body and my life for the better. If you're looking for an amazing trainer, he is absolutely the one for you!

Joynier is very knowledgeable about the body and how to adjust workouts to accommodate issues that might pop up. He will push if you want him to but also adjust if you have problems or things aren't going well - absolutely the best: a wonderful human being in addition to being a great trainer

I’ve been training with Joynier for several years. He is an awesome trainer (I’ve had many) who provides bespoke training to each client. I’m 63 and am more fit and strong than I’ve been in decades. He also has trained my 17 year old son and is great with young kids and teens. All of this is made even better by the fact that he’s a great guy too!
