10/10 recommend. I have recommended this office to several close friends and family members, who need some sort of psychiatric assistance. The staff who answers calls and schedules appointments are super helpful and friendly. They call to make sure a new appointment is scheduled after a previous attended appointment. Once they see consistency in the days and times appointments are scheduled, they will automatically schedule for that time and day, which I find to be helpful. I am a long-time patient so I appreciated their doing so on my behalf. The nurse practitioner with whom I met for my treatment was always attentive to my needs and eager to assist in the areas in which I needed assistance. Miss V scheduled my most recent appointment, and she was so friendly, so helpful, just a delight to have her help me. Thank you to everyone at IMPG. You’ve all made my experience with the office and staff extremely pleasant.

If I could give this place a zero I would, first of all they act like they don’t care about your symptoms or concerns. They are never ever on time for appointments, and then they won’t tell you that they changed your appointment till hours after the original appointment is set. Customer service is bad as well, they really need to step it up here

This office rescheduled my daughter’s first appointment, she killed herself before she got to speak to a Dr. two years later they still send my daughter Happy Birthday emails even after I have called them and asked them to take her information out of their system. She never even spoke with a Dr.

I have worked in the Mental Health field as a Therapist for many years. Dr. Kunam, has been nothing but incredible across the board. Appts, medication, review of black box warnings, discussions about medication interactions, creating care plans that you participate in. She is attentive and actively listens to you as a person, not just a patient. This is actually a bit of an understatement, as she is the only Psychiatrist I will see, and the literally the only one I recommend and/or refer to my clients. Best experience I could have ever hoped for, and I do want to mention her assistant Nimrat. Her interaction and follow-up with the patient, literally completes a mental health package rarely, if ever found. Thanks for all you do and the professional manner with which you have always extended me.

Indu helped me schedule an appointment today and settle my bill in under 3 minutes from start to finish. I love how quickly they are able to take care of my needs via their chat service, vs. having to wait on the phone. The worst part about healthcare for me is the time it takes to get the business end settled, and Indu's fast, professional service was a game changer. I'm a happy patient.
