I called this counselor to set up an appointment as she was referred to me by my Employee Assistance program. I had to leave a voicemail, so I left my name and number and asked to get an appointment as soon as possible. It has been two days and I still have not heard back. This is poor service and I am disappointed. My mental health is important, but not important enough to get a callback.
