Actively trying to find another place to go.
They've made it impossible to contact the front office, which in turn made me miss an appointment because when it comes to at-home telehealth appointments, they say they'll call you, but never do. I've had (i believe)5 appointments scheduled, including reschedules, and only have been able to get to 2 of them, because if the front desk isn't giving out incorrect appointment dates and times, they "forget." Other people have commented on how staff can be rude and insensitive, and I can contest that having them be snooty about you missing an appointment they didn't schedule properly isn't a fun experience. I wish it wasn't so difficult to find mental health services in this area. It really makes you feel like you're stuck with what you have. I'm getting worse.

I've been going here for about 10 years. Over the years, I've seen it all... the good and the bad. I could write about how insensitive the staff can be at times. Or how they don't give me any hope of recovering from the diagnosis they gave me 10 years ago. This place is simply A JOKE. I have no idea why I continue to go.

They are understaffed and the staff they have available seems to go on vacation once a month! Don’t bother calling front desk they are RUDE. If you finally get yourself a councilor after a 6month wait list it’s a joke. I couldn’t talk to a real person if I tried, or you finally get a councilor and they RETIRE AND NOBODY TELLS YOU! If you want medication for anxiety or depression this isn’t the place for you. I finally get a prescription and it will only cost me OVER $3,000!!!! The med manager knew there’s a paper to fill out for cheaper and they are lazy!! This place doesn’t really have employees and will make you feel like you lost hope in the world. DO NOT seek help here it will just make your problems worse, and waste a year of your time.
