Dr. was really chill and pretty nice which made him very easy to talk to. He is a great listener and took me seriously which is honestly all I could ask for from a psychiatrist. He also made sure I had enough of my prescription prescribed by my previous provider.

Mindful Health Solutions is a bright light!!! I've experience things with the staff of Mindful Health Solutions that I never thought were possible. She has opened my eyes to a brighter and clearer world. Before Christina I never had any experience with Reiki. She truly has made me a believer because of the results we created. She is very passionate and caring in regard to every problem you have. Amazingly strong and positive was her approach and for that I am very grateful. She is an amazing human being! I am a Therapist with MHS and have had great experiences with the support team. When ever I have had an issue with billing or anything technical, I receive a response the same day and have my issue resolved very quickly. I have also had a great experience with receiving payment on time every two weeks. I have not received many referrals from this platform, but the clients I have brought to the platform have not had any complaints about MHS.

The doctor of MHS is an outstanding person to go to. I have been going to her for counseling for many months and ever since our first session I have felt especially comfortable and incredibly safe. Stephanie has an enormous heart and has personally changed my life in the most positive and beautiful ways. Stephanie is a true healer, she is professional, and I would recommend her to anyone!

If you have ANY other option, take it:

My therapist referred me to this location as one that took my insurance and had availability to be treated for severe depression and adhd. In my first session, my psychiatrist told me that "talking to me was like pulling teeth". I reminded her of the severe depression for which I was seeking treatment.

Appointments are rare and hard to come by, usually 6-8 weeks out. Twice they cancelled my appt the day before, leaving me on experimental meds with no check in for 3 months.

At one point, they called me to confirm cancellation of service that I did not request. Turns out they confused me for a patient of a similar name, and seem to have mixed up our files.

After expressing some frustration with my caregiver about the difficulty of getting ADHD meds, and having messages lost in the indful health solutions communication portal, she said "You know every time we meet you have a compaint? Maybe we can do without that." Don't go to them if you intend to advocate for yourself or expect good service.

On our last and 6th meeting, she asks me "Ok and tell me about the adhd medication. I reply "As I have mentioned in each prior session, I don't like the side effects - " at which point she cuts me off to tell me she sees 300 patients a month and my attitude is unhelpful and to drop the "as I have mentioned." She also accused me of being lazy when I coudn't navigate their portal system to review her responses to my texts.

I get that healthcare in America is in a crisis generally, and that coverage is abysmal and service is unaavailble and so there's no incentive to improve service... but it HAS to be better than this. Id you have ANY other option (I don't) go anywhere else.

0 stars if possible. I scheduled an appointment 2 months in advance, just to be told 4 days before my appointment was scheduled that the providers schedule changed and the next appointment is in March.

They gave me 3 providers I could go to instead. 2 of them are not testing for ADHD and the other is a straight-up scam.

I needed this appointment to get accommodations, and I just got completely screwed and essentially told to go screw myself and find somewhere else on my own. Words cannot describe how utterly ridiculous and upending this was.
