The online course was very user friendly and the material presented was easy to follow and understand. The skills portion was really cool. It was my first time doing RQI and surely will not be my last. The RQI Skills portion was also user friendly and I was able to complete my skills in less than 30 mins. This isn’t my first time going through STS for my CPR Renewal. I used to go to the in person class in Concord. This was my first time doing the Online/RQI course though and I did it at the Vacaville location. I would definitely go this route again. Thank you STS!

Was an easy to use, very thorough online course with a testing location near me. A few issues I had though, was that 1) at the building they were in, they were not even listed on the directory and I also could not find which suite they were in online. 2) When I called the number on the door of the suite, because the door was locked and I did not have a code, the individual I spoke to was just rude. It would have been really helpful if there were these instructions in the text I received that morning, rather than only in an email from weeks prior when I purchased the course.

You might see on the Ring camera me wandering in confusion at the end because of how simple and straightforward the process was! The skills portion was the most impressive virtual experience I’ve had. Definitely will be recommending to friends and colleagues if needed in a timely manner!

Fast easy course! Simple instruction. I finished in about 20 mins. Only complaint was the room was warm at 77 degrees set at 83 degrees so dress accordingly. Nice clean facility. I will be a returning customer for all my needed certifications! Super convenient with my busy schedule and they has so many available dates and times!
