We have a child with severe anxiety, depression and OCD. A tough combination since one directly impacts the other. Over the years our child has worked with various therapists and has been through a few programs. Only at Wellspring have we been able to figure out that anxiety is the primary issue. Our Wellspring therapist has been amazing. She is knowledgeable and kind. Our child adores her and equally important, trusts her. Our therapist has shown excellent judgment in knowing when and how hard to push and when to step back. We have truly gotten irreplaceable guidance, help and support at Wellspring. I am forever grateful. Our child and family are now in a better, healthier and more well-functioning place.

Our child was suffering from severe anxiety around potty training and ultimately went into a prolonged bout of stool withholding and continual constipation.  This was the most stressful thing we have dealt with as parents given the sever pain our child was in during the whole process. It was incredibly difficult to watch her go through this and be seemingly unable to help.

In working with Gellaine we were able to break a hugely stressful cycle and got onto a steady path to treating "potty" as a normal activity that everyone does. Our child became less anxious around the entire topic. Gellaine not only served to relieve our child's anxiety, but also gave us as parents helpful tools to use at home to ensure we took what they covered in their sessions and re-iterated them throughout the following weeks. This has made a HUGE difference. I could not recommend Gellaine and her colleagues more for any parent going through something like this.  Thank you again!
