To say that working with Marie has been life-changing would be an understatement. I am a 36-year-old female and was a bona-fide anxious attacher. Before I started working with Marie, dating felt like trying not to drown in a washing machine, after a couple months it felt like doggy paddling. Now, not even a year after we began, it feels like swimming with confidence and grace 🙂

There are so many things I have learned, internalized, and embodied with Marie. She is warm and positive. She models the graceful, loving, spirit she hopes to cultivate in her clients. She radiates loving kindness.

Together we worked on both the deeper level emotions of dating (the trauma, the histories, the internal thought processes) as well as the nitty-gritty and day-to day. She was as willing to discuss complex trauma as she was to look over 20 photos of me in the same outfit and decide which she liked best. No topic was "too large", or "too small" for her. In this way I found her way more helpful than regular therapy because she was so focused on solutions and was really trained in talking about dating specifically. My experience with Marie was much more helpful than working with regular therapists who have not worked with dating in all its particularities! She has thought about dating in all of its complexities and particularities and truly loves the topic. She will never bomb you with clichés or make you feel bad. She will hold you with grace even as you stumble and work with you towards a better future.

Marie will help bring out the best of you in dating. If you are looking for something to help you "win more dates" or "get any guy" she is not the right person for you. She is there to help you find matches that are good fits for YOU (the genuine YOU with your dating strengths – she’ll help you figure out those too). She is trying to help you find, soul-expanding, positive, love, not to “get *that* guy at any cost” or "win more dates". She will always have your best interest in mind.

After spending this time with Marie, I can say with full honesty that I feel confident in dating and I am a secure attacher!!! I know the partner I get now and the love I am able to create will be infinitely better and more expansive than what I would have been capable of before.

I reached out to Marie about a month ago for an initial consultation. Little did I know my circumstances with my partner would change in the short time between booking that session with her.

I felt at ease with Marie and she was very kind and encouraging about my circumstances. I was initially looking for couple’s coaching but now that my situation has changed I will hold off on committing to coaching as I reevaluate.

In this short time her gentle encouragement has been reassuring during this difficult time. I would absolutely use these services for couple’s coaching and I am also considering her services as an individual. The only reason why I haven’t is because I need to reconsider my availability (hell it took me almost a month just to circle back and give Marie her credit here!)

Marie is such a lovely human that, even if she weren’t so wonderful at her job, it would be great to spend an hour per week with her. As it is, she’s a highly skilled, experienced coach who really did help me shift several of my self-defeating ways of thinking. I felt sad that each session was over, but better about myself. I am in a happy and fulfilling romantic relationship and I contacted Marie to work on another kind of love: self love. Marie greatly helped me understand my internal critique who relentlessly judges me: I had very little self-acceptance, self-compassion, and a turbulent relationship with my body. Marie held the space for me, graciously and with tenderness, asked powerful questions, and listened deeply. With her I felt very much at ease, understood, and in a safe space - where I could explore my internal demons.  With Marie's help, I became more aware of negative beliefs and patterns that I have (like always comparing myself to others.) Now, not only I love my partner, family, and friends, but also myself -and this makes my love for others even bigger, and my life much better. The more we love ourselves, the more we can love!
