The Kessler Counseling and Wellness center is hands-down the best counseling center in Birmingham and the surrounding area. Charles, as he has you call him, builds an instant rapport with you, and he makes you feel welcome and at home the moment you arrive. He also addresses your issues open and honestly, but he does so in a caring and judgement-free environment, and if you are dealing with sensitive issues, Charles will absolutely make you feel safe. I speak from experience. My only regret is that I did not know about him sooner, as he has made my life so much better in terms of me real stress. I have even been able to come off of some of my anxiety medication. For help with any and all your counseling issues, look no further.
