Unprofessional, Disorganized, and Incompetent. I had reached out to Pauline to seek help for a family member who was going through a hard time. I was skeptic at first as my conversation with her made me feel she was disorganized and incompetent; however, since these services were free through EAP, I went against my better judgement. A week later, I received a phone call from Pauline who was extremely confused and thought she had called the wrong number. I was very specific in our original conversation and quite taken back that she would not have taken down this information accurately. I felt she was very unprofessional in how she spoke to me and how she handled this situation. Will be looking elsewhere.

Exceptionally poor. Would not listen to half the things I said. And then got upset, that I was upset that she did not show up to our scheduled appointments. One of the worst therapists I’ve seen.

I was attempting to schedule an appointment, and she didn't take the time to understand my personal situation. Automatically denied me service, and sounded very annoyed and uninterested throughout the phone conversation.
