By far the best experience we could have ever asked for. We are first time parents who started out completely unprepared and terrified. After every class we felt like we learned so much and had a better understanding of what to expect. It made being pregnant a wonderful experience instead of a scary one. Sophia is very supportive and warm hearted. Just a genuine sweet person who wants nothing more than to make sure your questions are answered and you feel confident as first time parents. This class was more helpful than any doctor's visit, family advice, and personal research we did combined. I would take this class again if i could! Thanks to Sophia, we now feel ready for baby #1 and very confident in our ability to tackle all of the challenges of birth, postpartum and taking care of our newborn baby!
