This Organization strives to teach/train multiple people from different backgrounds. It is NOT a Political Organization and therefore; should not be judged as such. Conflict Resolution is indeed a very important class that; due to the climate in America at the moment, should be investigated. I found the course to be extremely beneficial.

The training provided by this organization is propagating the left agenda and should not be used in organizations. The presenter states that conversations can happen about inclusion and diversity but none of the pushed agenda is of conservative thought. The “inclusion and diversity” in the presentation is only inclusive of the left radical thoughts. The presenter even mentioned that women should be allowed to have abortions and there is no argument mentioned as to why some would disagree with it. I he presentation pushes the idea that some people are victims and there should be equity of achievement.
