I’ve been going to Coast Pilates once a week for the last 18 months. It’s a sweet, small, intimate space stewarded by some great teachers and a dedicated owner. Happy to report significant changes in my abdominal and arm, muscular structure and tone! Also helps to know that I’m supporting an independent small business here in Santa Cruz.

I have been going to classes at Coastline Pilates for 8 years and absolutely love it! Great teachers great classes and a great schedule that works for me and my work schedule.
I was having a lot lower back and sciatica pain after having my two children but since I started doing Pilates once sometimes twice a week my back pain is gone. Pilates has strengthened my core so much that my back pain is no longer an issue for me.

Been a client of Coastline for 5+ years and it's my favorite Pilates studio ever!!! I'm very picky about movement teachers and the teachers here are SO experienced and well-trained. They all create classes that really challenge the body and I love that they offer different levels so I can push myself or take it easier some days. I particularly love Abigail's class – she's the studio owner and her classes totally fire me up. Love love love this place and tell everyone in Santa Cruz about it.

I took up pilates to improve my core strength and it is one of the best decisions I have made. Since starting pilates I have a much greater awareness of my body which I carry with me throughout the day even outside pilates classes. My form in other activities like Yoga and Biking have also improved, thanks to better core strength and body awareness. I took the intro package and took private lessons with Abigail which I highly recommend. The instructors are really great and the atmosphere is non-intimidating. I would highly recommend coastline pilates to start or continue your pilates journey!

I love the feel of coastline Pilates, it's a very welcoming community. The music during the sessions is generally mellow but the workouts are challenging, which is just my speed. All the instructors are fantastic, they really know their stuff!

Thank you Coastline Pilates!
I was a long term client of Agile Monkey in Downtown Santa Cruz which I loved until COVID shut it Down. Coming back from COVID I found Coastline conveniently located on the west side of Santa Cruz with flexible schedules and fair reasonable pricing. The instructors are top-notch, experience, well educated and the equipment is amazing! I’m feeling like my strong grateful self again.

Adorable small studio with incredible instructors and a wide range of props. Reformers are in great condition, even new, and the studio owner is very compassionate. Definitely recommend visiting this spot.
