I've been going to CrossFit SCV for almost two months now, and I couldn't be more impressed. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed by the friendly culture and positive atmosphere. This is an amazing gym! Welcoming right from the start; HUGE …having everything you could possibly want to use…and full of great coaches who are engaging, encouraging, and friendly. You can feel the community vibe when walking through the door for the very first time, and they have everything you could want; Crossfit, nutrition programs, other classes , open gym. I would highly recommend.

CrossFit SCV is by far the best CrossFit gym I’ve ever been to. I had tried CrossFit a few times in the past, but I never stuck with it because I just didn’t feel connected to it. That changed when my family and I joined CrossFit SCV in January 2023, and it was one of the best decisions we’ve made. We started with a free one-week trial, and from the very first day, Coach Curtis was there to guide us through the workouts. The whole community at CrossFit SCV is truly beautiful. All of the coaches are incredibly encouraging, kind, and supportive. They pay close attention to ensure you’re working out safely, which really helped me feel confident. It’s become a place where I not only get an awesome workout but also come to socialize and unwind. I’m so grateful to be part of such an amazing community.

Kara is a great coach. She is able to keep the class focused and her attention to detail demonstrates her expertise in all CrossFit moves. My cousins and I had been looking for a crossfit gym for a little bit and came across CrossFit SCV! From the start, everyone was super welcoming and we immediately felt like a part of this community. I’ve never felt so welcomed at any gym like I have @ CrossFit SCV. I don’t think the coaches and members know of the impact that they all had on my decision to join this gym. Nobody ignored me, they all helped me set up weights, nobody laughed at me or made faces if I couldn’t keep up or had to scale a workout. From the moment I joined they all welcomed me and encouraged me to keep showing up and keep pushing. Heading in two week 3!
