My son loved their Ninja class, I loved the facility, its location, and the staff, BUT the owner was, how can I put this nicely Let’s just say she is NOT customer focused. AT ALL. She’s got a “take it or leave it” attitude. I dealt with it for as long as I could bc my son loved it (the things one does for their child!) but I finally got to the point of “I don’t need this aggravation in my life, especially for a service I am paying for”, and so we left and found a new Gym that my son loves and who care about their customers!

I loved Gymnastics Unlimited for my daughter!! It has lots of staff that are good with the kids. I like that you can drop off the kids for two hours and they can work on anything they need help with. I like how they have camp every day all summer also.
