do not use and will not use again!
Bought/sold many houses this escrow is the worst!
1. ask you to fill out web portal (30 min work)
2. none of the web portal work is used in final signing
3 "beyond my pay grade", "Corporate controlled and beyond my controlled" seem to be standard response to any questions on against-common-sense practices

The people at this site really deserve the 5 star reviews. They think what the customer is looking for. Larry even takes the initiative to communicate with the city planning department to find out the details without getting paid yet.
This site is great. I will use their services and recommend them highly.

This is the company that you don't want to get involved. They did not act professionally with poor knowledge in divorce division and was told they are in business of selling house which I don't think it's correct. They are in the business of correctly calculate money for customers in all parties. Their information about tax ramification is minimal and do not care about the customers. I had encountered with their Chinese agent Christine with rude, inpatient attitudes and incorrect information until their manager stepped in to correct it. I wished my agent had recommended some other companies. Their office remodeling should not be excused to jeopardize services, made no attempts to meet you in person and belittle their customers if your English is poor. My overall experience was terrible.
