The coaches at Virtus are top tier. I trained with Coach Tam for years and he was professional, intentional with movements incorporated into my workout plan, and always pushed me to be better than I was the day before. Ray Tam was instrumental to my development as a high performance athlete. I highly recommend his programs. He helped me with general strength, injury prevention, rehabilitation, and sport specific movements. He’s also fun to work with which is an added bonus when you are going to work out!
