AoPS is highly recommended. My child had a great time during his classes and wanted to take another one. He also learnt a lot.

Unlike, the name, Academy focusses on getting the questions done without much emphasis on how to approach a problem. The classes are rushed and without any effort from teacher to engage students and help them derive a solution. It is demotivating for kids, would strongly suggest to not enroll here.

I did reach out to office, but unfortunately, it did not help. I was asked to try different teachers and different courses, which we did. But same fundamental problem exists in all classes. The amount paid is huge and there is no option to receive refund even though the classes are not working out.

I have had two kids enrolled here for a few years. We were exploring multiple options during the pandemic when school was a mess, including hiring private tutoring and me teaching them 😁. Around 2021 we learned about this place via the summer camps, and we enrolled them for the school years. We found that the kids were learning more from AOPS than from the tutors. So, we stopped the tutoring.

We've been quite happy with their progress, as the kids have both stayed substantially ahead of grade level.
