I had a great experience with Legacy Firearms Academy. I took the Fundamental Rifle Course of LFA, and learned the basic operation skills of shooting Luger PCC and AR-15. Our instructor, Mr. Ma, is very professional, detailed, and patient, with explanations of each steps by not only telling "what/how" but also "why". I hope I can learned more with him. Overall it was an awesome afternoon!

Highly recommend if you are new to the scene. The group setting was comfortable and Instructor Chao gives individual instructions to assist you in progressing and learning. The guidance is catered to your comfort setting and if you have your own equipment, he shows you how to utilize it. I am shy and timid around crowds and groups, but this class made you feel like you are just having an outing. I am able to put in practice same day his teachings. I am more aware and better prepared for the next steps. Li also took my inquiry via email and was quick to respond to my questions. Legacy firearms academy knows there stuff and whether you are a beginner or want to sharpen your skills, this is the right spot to go to.

I had a terrific experience under Chao's instruction for his Introductory Handgun Class. We covered all the range and firearm safety walkthroughs and tips I was hoping for, my shooting groupings quickly became tighter, I got to try several different handgun platform and sight styles, and we identified the right platform and sights for my particular shooting. Can't recommend him enough, he is patient, thorough, knowledgeable, and so comfortable to work with.

Chaos is a fantastic teacher!!! He came very prepared and got a lot completed in 2 hours. He really emphasized safety first which is very important to me. He let us try different models to see which is more comfortable, and he gave very specific critique/suggestions for each of our attempts. As the class went one, I definitely felt more comfortable and confident in his expertise. I will definitely be recommending Chao to my family and friends.

I recently took a rifle refresher class at Legacy Firearms Academy after originally learning the basics from a different instructor. I have to say, this class exceeded my expectations! I took the Fundamental Pistol Course, and I'm very glad that I did. Instructor, Chao was a gifted teacher. He is knowledgable, patient, easy-going and a fine marksman, himself. He taught me what I needed to learn and provided valuable feedback on my form and technique. I got to fire about 100 rounds through several weapons and even extra range time and instruction for free.
I will be taking more courses through Legacy Firearms Academy
in the future and I highly recommend that you experience their training and expertise and how they can improve your knowledge and marksmanship.
