I found Therapy for Every Body three years ago and am so thankful for their caring team. I was in a really low place when I initially reached out, and Lara's first email was so caring and supportive. She was able to find a slot in her schedule that worked for me. At the time I began, in person sessions was not an option. I was hesitant to do online, but quickly found that the forum didn't matter as long as the clinician I was speaking to was engaging and supportive. I have seen both Lara and Ricci, and each bring their own expertise and knowledge to our sessions. I have received help for depression, loss and coping with a narcissist. I would recommend Therapy for Every Body and both Lara and Ricci to friends and family.
