We are so happy to have found Swim Pro on Yelp! Initially, we signed up for the one-time introductory class with Charles, and my daughter instantly had a connection with him. My daughter, being 3 years old, had a fear of water and usually takes a while to warm up to people.

Every time we schedule new appointments, we make sure it’s with Charles because of the special bond he formed with our daughter from the very first session. Charles has an exceptional ability to connect with children, especially those who are initially shy and fearful of water. He effortlessly broke through both of these barriers.

The tools Charles uses, whether it’s the floating animals or the barbell my daughter holds on to help float and kick around, really make the sessions interactive and fun. There are a dozen swimming programs near my house, but choosing Swim Pro, even though it’s further out, puts us at ease with their expertise and wonderful reviews.

I can’t recommend them enough. Charles has been a game-changer for us, and we’re thrilled with the progress our daughter has made. Thank you, Swim Pro and Charles, for such an amazing experience!

We go to the Campbell location on Saturdays. Nice, clean private residence, outdoor pool. Outdoor private facility for restroom, shower, and changing. Adult and child lessons available. As long as you plan ahead a couple weeks, it’s easy to get an appointment at any time of day. Darcy and Charles have both done an excellent job reading cues from our children to push their skills within their comfort zones, and maintaining an extremely safe environment.

I would recommend The Swim Pro (and instructor
Laura especially!) to any adult who wants to learn how to swim and be safe in water. After trying multiple swim schools and lessons - both in groups and private- this was the first place that really taught me how to be comfortable in the water. I arrived my first day informing Laura I wanted to know how to swim by the time I take my upcoming trip to Hawaii. By around lesson five or six I was able to jump into the deep end! It truly is an amazing process they follow to help adults learn how yo swIm!

I developed a fear of deep water due to a childhood trauma, and I was always the lame person who misses out on cool water based activities because I'm a chicken. My friend recommended this place as she was taking her grade school daughter here for swim lessons with an instructor called Daniele.

The online scheduling was very easy to use but can be frustrating because you can't get the hours you may want, especially week day hours for working people like me(the only con if you ask me)I had to camp the site daily for a while to hope for cancellations that free up hours that work for me. There is also a 24 hour cancellation policy if you don't want to lose $. I think that's fair for a business to require that, how else can they stay afloat (no pun intended).

As for the swim instructors, I have nothing but praises for all of them. They were so professional and had so many techniques that helped a nervous person like me overcome my fear of drowning after 3 lessons! How cool is that? Every instructor had a different style but were incredibly good in their individual ways. Not only did I overcome my fear of deep water, they also helped me tweak my breathing, water treading and stroke techniques for breast stroke, free style and even threw in butterfly stroke for good measure. Thank you so much for helping this lame girl swim without a noodle! If I were to try to advance more, I won't hesitate coming back here. You really get your money's worth of training, with the results I got.

I have to call out all the wonderful people who helped me with my journey to confidence: Mary, Sven, Danielle, Brianna and Esma. You guys are great!

My kids took their best swim lessons here! For several years before we found The Swim Pro we were putting our kids in the typical group lessons at various places - YMCA, community center, etc. - and during this time I realized that in their half-hour lessons (consisting of 5 or 6 other kids), my kids were receiving only an average of 5 to 6 minutes of individualized instruction...no wonder it was taking such a long time for my kids to progress!

Then a friend recommended The Swim Pro to me. While lessons here may be more expensive, they worked so fast because my kids received 1-on-1 instruction (or 1-on-2 in semi-private lessons) and therefore had much more time 1-on-1 with the instructor. They did not need to go back for more lessons after a few sessions.

Great place, but their cancellation policy is very strict and can backfire if you have young kids who fall sick.

We had to cancel twice (on the same day) due to our son not feeling well and just like that we lost a lot of money, because the cancellation needs to be at least 24 hours. Wish my kid let me know 24 hours in advance that he is going to fall sick.

I let them know but they said they will stand by their policy.

I was hesitant about starting lessons as an adult because I have never been comfortable in water, but I got over my initial fears quickly with their step by step approach that goes at a pace you're comfortable with. Lessons are expensive, but worth it for the individual attention and support you get from the instructors. Would recommend for adults who want to get around to learning how to swim!

A scuba told me about this place, but never tried himself. I’ve called several times and left massages. No one called back!
There is no Contact Us page on the two websites listed. They are all about making appointments.
I just have some questions before I make an appointment and give out my personal info, but they certain make it difficult to do so.
