Kayla is an awesome trainer. She knows how to challenge me but at the same time not over do it. She takes notes and remembers what my abilities are. She has every visit pre-planned and rotates the exercises. I found myself enjoying Kayla’s training more than just going to the gym itself! Kayla was a good trainer to me she really tried to push me to my limits and get that extra rep in at the end. She is also a really nice and caring person. She also knows where your limits are to try to prevent you from getting injured.
