I have been working with Kevin since 2019. Prior to that I tried many other therapists (who I all really liked!) but none of them have had the tangible impact I have seen in my time working with Kevin. I was depressed and anxious for most of my life and had grown to believe that my work was accepting this and learning how to live life in the least painful way. Therapy with Kevin has not only relieved me of this depression, but also changed my entire perspective on what my life can be. I can't believe I am saying this, but I can genuinely say that I no longer suffer from chronic depression or anxiety! My life has meaning, and I am now one of those people who enjoy being alive and find gratitude in everything. He holds me accountable to the parts that I am scared to be accountable for but does so with so much kindness and understanding. Even more amazing, I am no longer dependent on therapy to help me process things, I can meet my own needs independently or through the deep relationships I have been able to develop. Thank you Kevin for you endless well of support and understanding! I have a happy life, and my work with Kevin has been a large part of this sustainable change.

I have worked with Kevin Hennelly for 5+ years and he has helped me work through so many issues; fostered by a near death experience which led to PTSD. Were it not for his compassion, caring, brutal honesty and pushing me to explore, I would not be here today. Has it been easy? No! Have I loved every minute of it? No! But, through his patient guidance I have managed to come out the other side and living a much healthier, balanced and happy life. To say I owe him my life is a very mild understatement. He will push your boundaries as probably never before but it's only through that that progress can and may be made. Recommending Kevin? You bet!!!!
