I did my tax file with this firm for five years, I never had a pleasant experience, indeed they seems too immatures the whole team. There were lot of write off that I was eligible to apply for it, and they filed without informing me regards it. Let's face it, if we're not being informed properly from your firm, then what's all point of hiring you for my tax.
