She was late to the first appointment and DID NOT SHOW UP to the 2nd appointment. We waited and waited and checked with neighbors. Very unprofessional. Would definitely not recommend. See someone else who is there, punctual, and acts as they care.
But look... my bill is here even though she never showed up. Unbelievable.
