I HIGHLY recommend Duo Dragons for sure! I’m a professional performer (actor/dancer) and I beat up my body a lot. I was in so much pain (like not being able to move my head/neck kind of pain.) They were both really in tune to each other and me to help relieve my pain and gave me easy at home exercises to help alleviate my pain on a regular basis. They also took time to explain why I was feeling what I felt and what I should feel instead. They made me feel safe and comfortable.

At the appointment they do an assessment and have a discussion about your goals and concerns. You are fully clothed while they both work on different areas of your body with numerous, complimentary techniques. I personally do not like aggressive adjustments (like from a chiropractor) and they didn’t do any of that, which is perfect for me.

It was clear that they were not just following a step-by-step procedure, but were really in tune with what they were finding and would change things up, spend more time on something, and communicate with each other how to achieve the best possible results.

At the end of the session I felt more aligned and as if I had better balance (which I probably did) and I had much more fluid movement in my neck. The pain was still there a bit, but it was much better. After day or two, the pain essentially felt as though it melted out of my body and I had full range of motion and my neck was no longer sore. I was very impressed and will be going back. I feel like Duo Dragons needs to be a part of my health routine, not just a luxury.

Duo Dragons/ Aka Rebecca & JB were very professional, knowledgeable and took time to understand what my issues are and were better able to support them because of it. You can tell they are passionate about their craft and the services they offer.
They were very communicative throughout my session to ensure the best possible results. They also explained ways that I could continue with self care afterwards to help strengthen areas which needed it.
Within a few minutes after they left, I noticed that for the first time in months that the mobility in my legs and hips was tremendously better! I haven't been able to bend (at the knee) comfortably without feeling restriction and tightness in longer than I care to remember... and that alone was pretty amazing! I'll be seeing them again for more body work and am looking forward to continued healing and great results! I highly recommend this team of healers!

I loved my session with this team! I didn’t realize how much I needed bodywork until they found all the spots that hurt, which was almost everywhere! Lol I felt so energized the next day and even the chronic neck and shoulder pain had decreased significantly. I also felt like I had more flexibility.
