Did a really great job on my car. Repaired like new. They were fast and efficient, good communication and professional, was able to check updates and feedback via online. Also they cleaned the car when i got my car. Service advisor Jose was great to work with. Overall great service. Definitely would recommend this place.

This shop is amazing - Nelson turned around an estimate immediately, and was responsive with my questions before sending the car in.

The car was fixed ahead of schedule, so fast, that they even stored it for several days after.

Something happened outside of their control, and they took care of it without a problem. Juan helped with this as well, and checked in multiple times ensuring this was resolved.

Can't recommend this shop enough, they were great all around. FWIW, their prices were very reasonable as well.

Awesome body shop!! Took in my Tesla Model X for an ugly rear end I did. I dont trust to many shops with my Tesla but I came in and saw Nelson and they gained my trust. He was great. They brought my car back to life in a fast timely manner. Dealing with Nelson he was very professional and very communicative. I went to Mr. Stich to see if I can have my warped door panel repaired. The owner Len advised me to have it removed by Crash Champions next door so that he can repair it. I was met by Frank, the
Manager. He immediately asked Jose to help me. Jose promptly removed it for me. Frank was very helpful and friendly. I am grateful for his kindness!

No communication. The person who is in charge of my car doesn't answer at all. They have six sigma for not answering the calls. No point leaving voicemail as no one is going to call back. I see people have given great reviews of their car repair service but not sure how painful was their journey.

Update - their work was excellent and the front grill and bumper, overall alignment and matching of colors were spot on.
