Late Nite Art led an AMAZING experience for my team. Our team has grown a lot during 2020 and early 2021 and for many of us it was the first time we had met each other in person. It was so important to us that this first time together in person was deeply meaningful and artfully celebratory - as a way to kick off our next phase of working together. After the experience, I felt, and many others commented - that it seemed like we all knew each other much better than before this experience. That is an incredible result for a relatively short session! I heard several times from my team that this was one of the best offsite experiences they have had, not just at this company but anywhere they have worked. Thank you Adam!

Adam is a brilliant facilitator, artist, and connector of people. We hosted Late Nite Art at our offices to kick off our "in-office" week following months of hybrid. We laid out three wishes for Adam and his team that can be doable on their own, but often impossible together.

We wanted people to:

-Connect with someone new
-Find deeper connections personally and with work
-Have some fun

Late Nite Art exceeded every expectation we could have had for the experience.

We can't wait to host them again in the future!

I attended Adam's Late Nite Art session for our company retreat and it was easily one of the most impactful parts of our time unplugged. We were able to learn, grow and share with each other in an intentional and holistic way. A great reminder that who we are as people doesn't just get left at the door when we come to work. It was such a unique and invigorating experience that I truly valued and look forward to hearing the other opportunities in which future groups and leaders can come together in this way.

I highly recommend for your company big or small. Thank you Adam for all of your work!

Adam joined us for our first company retreat and hosted a Late Nite Art session with our team. It was the first time we were all together in this space and he created a safe and fun environment where we were able to connect and share in vulnerable moments. The session was exciting, professional, welcoming, and so much more. We are even better as a team because we had this time with Adam. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Recently, Late Nite Art led an all-virtual end-of-year team event for the Personalization and Performance Marketing (P&P) team at Sephora. This team is about 60% remote and scattered across every time zone in the country. We wanted something to bring together the disparate team of about 100 media specialists, data scientists and digital marketers so we worked with LNA prior to the event to create custom activities that still stayed true to the LNA ethos. The result was a phenomenally successful 90-minute session that allowed P&P members to connect 1:1 with team members they might not interact with otherwise, exercise their creativity, share their humanity and articulate what makes Sephora a special place they love to work. Feedback was that the event was “awesome.”

Late Nite Art recently brought joy, movement, and connection to our globally distributed team as part of our internal Adobe Design Summit. During these unprecedented times, with teammates working from home, it can be a challenge to cultivate a sense of community, but Adam and Lotus managed to create a warm, welcoming virtual space for us. It was delightful to see so many colleagues and their smiling faces.

Adam and Lotus are adaptive and thoughtful. They were unflinching when we inquired about repeating their workshop for us three times as a means of engaging our team across different time zones. Adam and Lotus are actively aware of cultivating friendly, inclusive experiences that invite participation.

If you’re looking for opportunities to build teams, foster community, and ignite creativity, I would highly recommend partnering with Late Nite Art for a truly personalized and engaging experience.

Adam and his team are exceptional experience designers and facilitators! We were honored to have them facilitate our UX community event at Google. Adam and Liz went above and beyond in building an inspiring, authentic, and creative experience that helped the group connect in more meaningful ways. We hope to collaborate with them again in our future events!

My work team at Beneficial State Foundation recently hired Late Nite Art to plan and deliver a 90 minute opening session for our 2-day virtual retreat for our 32 person team. The design process to collaborate around our goals for the session was fun and thoughtful and resulted in a fantastic experience during our retreat. This is a hard time - personally and professionally - for folks to express joy and celebration at work. Late Nite Art's approach to blending music and movement and reflection and drawing and poetry was just what we needed. The facilitation was graceful and energizing and very inclusive. On behalf of our whole staff, we highly recommend organizations work with Late Nite Art if you can!
