Love this women’s only gym! It’s a great workout and great way to learn self-defense too! All of the trainers are amazing and so positive and encouraging! They personalize your workouts based on your own goals and fitness skills. I have neck & back issues so the trainers show me how to workout without causing any more discomfort. Thank you 30 Minute Hit!!!

I had the pleasure of having Jenna as my trainer for my free trial, she is very upbeat and ecstatic and I could tell she loves this job. She truly helped me conquer my very first 30 minute hit which was challenging but Jenna helped me through it all! I really worked up a sweat but this experience was SO worth it and I would definitely do it again!!! Thank you Jenna!!!

Loved my introductory class!! Alexis was so patient yet motivating. She took her time to show me each station and let me rest when needed, due to a health condition. Can’t wait to start going regularly!!

Stay away from signing a contract!! They lure you in on day one and then you're trapped! They keep charging me even though my 2-year contract has ended (finally!) and I signed a cancelation letter. You got to fight for your money!! Poor business ethics, communication and management. Find a better gym or a personal trainer with no contract or a clear cancelation policy. The exercise itself gets boring after awhile and not worth going for a year or more commitment. If you don't show up for classes, they start calling and texting you in the evening.

Amazing gym! Really fun and quick workouts and having the flexibility to fit them in on my own schedule is such a nice perk. But the best part has to be the coaches, Alexis, Lauren and Shirley are the absolute best!
