I have been a 24 hour member for about 15 years. Many good memories made in this gym. However I pay extra money to get the “super sport membership “ mostly so I can play basketball. Now the genius corporate guys at 24 now sees a massive profit potential in the sport of pickle ball,, instead of actually spending money and building and adding features to their gym… they completely scrap the basketball court’s entirely… and not just at one location, but every 24 in my area. Not only does this frankly piss me off, it’s an extremely shortsighted investment that is betting on the trendiness of pickleball vs basketball which is an Olympic sport that existed for over 100 years. Not to mention the entire gym is in literally third world conditions, dangerously dusty courts, holes in the wall, crumpling floors, torn or no nets . I even tried getting a job where the manager was late to my interview and kept me waiting a week and a half despite multiple calls on my end, just to tell me someone else got the job. Yet I come back to a completely disgustingly neglected court. I can promise that if i was hired I would have some sort of initiative to clean the court. 24 hour fitness has unfortunately dilapidated into a shell of its past self, with higher costs , less hours, and less amenities. After my membership expired for the first time in 15 years I am cancelling my membership. If 24 really wanted to add pickball, why not add another building or use half the court. I am sure others will do the same. I have been such a fan and this is unacceptable and incredibly disappointing.

This is a gym, not a luxury resort hotel. Get used to the GYM having some filth because remember what people come here to do- sweat. Stop acting like this place should have floors clean enough to eat on and staff to cater to your every need like they're a hired butler. It's annoying people in my community are so high maintenance. You want a luxury gym? Pay the money to go to life time or equinox... or better yet buy equipment for your house. Otherwise shut your pie holes and enjoy the great deal you get on this place, that has all the equipment in the world, to get in shape. It's truly that simple.

Leaving a five star review exclusively because of (new manager) Andrew. Only person I have seen give a rats ass about this place in years. Management. Talk with him if you want to make this a premiere club again! He is making a massive impact here!

Update : they are closed for an entire month Dec 20- Jan 20, no discount, not even when I paid for 12 months but only get 11 months. This is the only 24 hour gym

Please for the love of God fix your hot water I haven't been able to shower for days at a time because this is the only 24 hour fitness that's actually open 24 hours I'm unable to shower at the other ones because of my work schedule false advertising it's not even open 24 hours cuz they're closed on holidays hot waters been broke for a week some people rely on this place to shower, price should be cheaper for inconveniences like this. Please please focus on this location more it's the only one that's open 24 hours (minus holidays) so we really need it to stay open but it needs to be functional . Staff is kind. But when I try to make a phone call I have to talk to robot for ten minutes wish it would just transfer me to front desk

The conditions of this location keep getting worse. The main gym area is pretty clean during working hours. Weekends and late nights are a different story, that’s when they stop caring about anything. Staff on their phones with their feet up

I really enjoy the classes given by Callie F. She is a great teacher with a huge following. Her classes are always packed and the room gets so hot that everyone is so uncomfortable. Wish they could make it cooler.

OMG! Management needs to do something about the night shift guy. Maybe some training, or better yet, find someone who can handle a basic front desk job during slow night hours.
All I asked for (politely at first) was some disinfectant spray refill. Because I sure don't want to deal with yet another persistent skin infection from gym equipment. Front desk night shift guy gave me a list of 5 different reasons for why he could not take 2 minutes out of his busy schedule of standing around doing nothing, to refill the only two spray bottles in the whole gym, that barely work. He literally said "let me demonstrate for you how to use a spray bottle" and attempts to spray the residual contents of the bottle, which I have to use for next 3 hours of my workout session, along with other members. I said, that's great, but I still need you to refill please. "I have to watch the doors" (front desk is rarely maned, and he's nowhere do be seen during these hours anyway, plus you got cameras everywhere). I need refill please. "But I have to talk to this guy" (chatting with some homeless looking dude about something random, non gym related). No problem, I'll wait. Their "deep philosophical conversation" now ends. "Ok give me 2 minutes, I will refill these for you". Starts shuffling papers, pacing back and forth like he suddenly has something important to do. Ok I'll wait, because I can't use the equipment until I wipe it down. Finally decides to head to the back room. Returns several minutes later. "Oh you know, I see now why they did not bother to refill these. There is no refill in the back" At this point it has been about 10+ minutes since my initial request. I see someone already grabbed the piece of equipment I was about to train on. I'm losing patience with this night shift guy, and ask him for supervisor name and number to be written down, as well as his own name. Again several minutes of him running around, looking busy shuffling something, and then refusal to provide the requested information. "Here I'll just give you corporate number instead". No, I need your supervisor contact info, and your name. Writes corporate phone number and hands it to me. Bro I SAID YOUR SUPERVISOR'S, enough already! What is YOUR NAME? Says "Michael" quietly. I had to ask him 3 times his name to make sure I heard right, each time he said Michael, which actually turned out to be Chris.
Never in my entire life have I witnessed anyone try so hard to weasel out of their job responsibility! His conduct was appalling.
I typically come here late night, during his shift. For some weird reason he parks his black beat up BMW on the red curb, right by front entrance to the gym, while the parking lot is empty 50ft away. Complete disregard for emergency crews, if they ever have to be called in for someone's medical situation.
During his night shift, the gym usually looks completely trashed with plastic bottles and used paper around every machine, paper dispensers empty, disinfectant spray bottles empty, weights everywhere on the ground, trashcans overflowing, bathrooms/showers trashed. Nothing but in-your-face laziness.
His attitude toward the "back breaking" receptionist job - does not seem to be a work ethic issue. It's a malicious character issue.
My advise, if you hate your job so much, get a different job. Don't make it the gym members' problem.
Morning shift guy (Todd) showed up, about 30 minutes after this whole asinine interaction with Chris. Quickly got the disinfectant refilled, floors swept, weights picked up and organized, trash cans emptied out. The place looked neat again, without any hassle, even though it was getting much busier and crowded.
Still, we need more of those disinfectant sprays around though! Because when a machine becomes available, I want to quickly wipe it down and use it, without losing it to someone else. And they always seem half broken and dysfunctional. Would be nice if the the gym had those heavy duty spray bottles from Home Depot, like the other gyms use.
Anyway... will gladly update my review if I see improvement.
